PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Terms of sale are subject to product availability. In the event that a product is out of stock, unavailable, or we are unable to fulfill your order, you will promptly receive an email notification offering an alternative, available product.

ORDER PROCESSING

Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. GMT+4. Orders received on business days are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. For weekend orders, shipment occurs on Monday, unless it's a holiday and our operations are closed. Once your package leaves our facility, you'll receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please factor in additional processing time for holidays and collection launches.

FAILED DELIVERIES, REFUSED SHIPMENTS, AND INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Ensure your order's address information is accurate to avoid shipment delays. If corrections are needed post-order placement, contact Customer Service at LUNATICSDXB@GMAIL.COM promptly. We're not responsible for lost/stolen packages or courier delays once a tracking number is issued.

  • If a shipment is returned due to an invalid address, you're responsible for additional shipping charges.
  • Refused packages may incur additional courier charges, deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING DELAY

We're not liable for delays caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier exceptions. Keep non-business days and holidays in mind when calculating shipping times. We entrust couriers for timely delivery, and while we won't reimburse shipping charges for delays, we're here to assist.
